Adult GI Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Our adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program is an 18yrs and up class that appeals to both beginners and advanced students. It could be your first day on the mat or years into the sport and you will still benefit from the program. We focus on building a strong foundation while finding out a fighting style that best benefits you individually. Building all of the pieces that you need to defend yourself in the everyday crazy world, or compete against some of the top competitors in the sport. 

KIDS GI BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU

In our kids jiu-jitsu program your child will grow not only as a martial artist, but as a strong individual off the mat. We teach our students self-confidence, self control, respect, and self defense. We continue even in our kids programs to teach from a strong foundation from which they will develop the skills to keep themselves safe from the unexpected situations that they might get into. Our program offers our students to not only the opportunity to practice martial arts recreationally, but also the ability to compete against the top competitors in the sport.

ADULT NO GI BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU

The adult no Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program is tradition Program without the Kimono. This program offers the Tradition Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques in a different way. No GI classes will give you every day techniques you can use for self defense and in competition. These classes will Advance your mind as well as your body. This program will give you the self confidence not only on the mat but in every day life as well. The teachings learned in this program 

ADULT MUAY THAI

Our Adult Muay Thai Program is a active class full of cardio rich techniques. In our Muay Thai program you will be using punches, kicks, and clench work fused together to form a strong base for your body and your mind. This class uses the techniques of Muay Thai to help you get a great cardio workout in while learning to protect yourself from attack. The standing self defiance techniques paired with high pace workout will help you get in shape, boost your self confidence, and have you enjoying every single class.
